What I want others know about me

I embrace the philosophy that a single life holds the potential for many lives within it—each path explored, each skill honed, a reflection of our boundless capacity for growth. My journey across diverse fields has been a quest to uncover the depths of my abilities, to push beyond the familiar and discover new dimensions of myself. Yet, at the heart of all my endeavors, one purpose remains unwavering: the pursuit of education as a gift for those who need it most. To empower children through knowledge is not just a calling but the truest measure of fulfillment. In the end, it is not titles or achievements that define me, but the impact I leave behind—the light of opportunity sparked in a child's future.

Strategic Growth

With a deep-rooted passion for education, innovation, and social impact, I bring over a decade of experience working at the intersection of mental health, technology, and emerging markets. My core strength lies in combining sharp market insight, strategic negotiation, and cross-cultural leadership to drive growth and transformation in fast-changing environments.

My work is grounded in:

  • Proven market analysis: Understanding patterns, behavior shifts, and innovation gaps in frontier sectors like digital wellness, EdTech, and AI for good.

  • High-stakes negotiation: From closing partnerships with international NGOs and government bodies, to aligning stakeholders across complex public-private collaborations.

  • Cross-functional leadership: Leading diverse teams across time zones, functions, and disciplines—from engineers and therapists to educators and policy advisors.

Whether in Paris, Tokyo, Seoul, or now Mexico City, I build bridges between people, sectors, and ideas—with a relentless commitment to scalable, measurable impact.

A short story about me

After graduating with a degree in Sociology and Psychology in Vietnam, I began a journey driven by curiosity, ambition, and a relentless search for meaning. My early career started at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where I pursued a path of social impact. Eager to expand my horizons, I later explored new territories in marketing and finance—disciplines that challenged me to think differently and equipped me with critical skills for navigating the global business world.

Over the years, I immersed myself in diverse professional roles across France, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, and Mexico. These experiences were more than just career milestones—they were lessons in cultural empathy, entrepreneurial resilience, and personal reinvention. I worked in both corporate and startup environments, wearing multiple hats and constantly adapting to new challenges. Along the way, I nourished my lifelong dream of seeing the world and understanding it deeply, one city and one story at a time.

But everything changed after a life-altering 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat in a quiet mountain town in Japan. In the stillness of silence, I found clarity: my true purpose lies in helping children—especially those from underserved backgrounds—gain access to education and mental health support. I realized that while success in business is meaningful, empowering others, especially the next generation, is what truly fulfills me.

This realization gave birth to the Albrecht Fund (https://albrechtfund.org/), a scholarship and education initiative I founded five years ago. The Fund is dedicated to providing equitable educational opportunities for children in Vietnam, particularly those in remote and impoverished regions. It is more than a charity—it is a movement to help young minds dream bigger and build futures that transcend borders.

Today, as I continue to grow professionally across my three ventures, I remain grounded in the belief that education and emotional support are the most powerful tools for change. Through the Albrecht Fund, I hope to walk alongside every child we support—helping them not only access knowledge but also believe that they belong on the global stage.
